Scott Smith

As President of Smith-Immel Construction Scott brings over thirty years of construction experiance to each and every project. Scott's well rounded knowledge allows him to manage all the aspects of each assignment. His work begins from estimating the job, scheduling the manpower, and driving the job from beginning to end.

Lori Smith

Lori assists Scott with design work and coordination of construction efforts of all spec built homes. Her efforts allow a smooth flow of information between the home owner and the home builder. Lori is also instrumental in overseeing the operation of business activities serving as the Secretary/Treasurer of the business.

Dale and Nancy Smith

Smith-Immel Construction is a family business. And being such, Dale and Nancy help out wherever and whenever they can. Scott's parents have always been there to lend a hand. From filing and answering phones in the office to running errands to and from the job sites, Dale and Nancy are there to also help build Smith-Immel's dreams too.

Gary Smith

Another member of the Smith family, Gary provides the onsite supervision of the build crews, remodel projects, and renovations. Gary helps Scott by being the "man on the street",insuring that crews are in place and on schedule for each project Smith-Immel handles.
